Our services are calculated per hour or per fixed price. For more complex projects we prepare an all-in-one offer.


Antenor also offers an omnium service contract that gives you the best guarantee on a optimal usage of your payment kiosk.


Our Basic Service Contract offers access to the helpdesk during normal business hours and assures SW and FW updates to guarantee the continuity of your installation. For public payment terminals (ex Xenteo) a basic contract is mandatory to guarantee security and latest SW updates.


Our Omnium Service Contract includes:

  • Helpdesk and remote control during business hours (8.30 till 17.00 with response within 4 hours)
  • SW and FW updates
  • Repair or replacement of defective parts
  • For an on site intervention transportation and labor are included (for a critical breakdown we guarantee a response within 8 business hours)
  • Preventive maintenance if necessary
  • For extra services outside the contract a 10% discount on list prices

Our Extended Omnium Service Contract equals our Omnium Service Contract but with extended availability:

  • Weekdays from 8.30 till 21.00
  • Saturday 9.00 till 17.00


It is our goal to help all our customers as soon as possible! However, customers with an (Extended) Omnium Service Contract take priority over customers without a service contract.
